Pretty easy to install w a jigsaw and drill. So far, in a Louisiana August, it seems to insulate surprisingly well. I subtracted one star bc the doors are pretty rigid, and the mailwoman has to struggle a bit to get letters through. They usually just wind up wedged/bent in the inner door. Also, be mindful that if you over tighten it, the frame will bend slightly and the doors won’t fully close.
